WebCams and other video recording devices are chief ingredients in monitoring any kinds of activities for various security purposes. And the company Crazypixel has developed CamLAN version 3.5 that can be a handy solution for anybody to view all video devices connected to the network right from their PCs. It supports NetCams, Webcams as well as all other video devices that work with the latest Windows drivers. This software is equipped with the functionality of Network Server Client which is capable of sending videos from all the cams via a server to all client PCs connected to the network and vice versa. CamLAN actually divides cameras in three groups, first the NetCams which are accessed through IP address, second is the WebCams that are connected to PCs and lastly the RemoteCams.

Along with saving images it can also record video footage and save it in your local hard drive. The Video network option will allow you to transfer cam pics as well as videos through servers enabling every viewer to monitor the images or recorded clips. It also has an integrated Webserver thanks to which all the videos could be accessed easily with direct HTTP request. This gives the feasibility to build website where every camera picture or video can be seen through the internet. It also comes with a built-in media viewer, which will help you to view all your captured images or recording easily.
CamLAN 3.5 is highly affordable and thanks to its multi-functionality, easy installation and seamless operation we give it a score of four rating points.
